What is CNC Gasket Digital Cutting Machine?
With the advent of computer-aided manufacturing, a new type of digital cutting technology has been developed that combines most of the benefits of die cutting with the flexibility of computer-controlled precision cutting of highly customizable shapes. Unlike die cutting, which uses a physical die of a specific shape, digital cutting uses a cutting tool (which can be a static or oscillating blade or mill) that follows a computer-programmed path to cut out the desired shape.
A Gasket digital cutting machine consists of a flat table area and a set of cutting, milling and scoring attachments mounted on an arm. This arm allows the cutter to move left, right, forwards and backwards. The printed sheet is placed on the table, and the cutter travels across the sheet along the programmed path to cut out the shape.
